About
Parmer Development was established in 2015 when Andrew Parmer decided to focus his efforts on transforming one of the best geographical, yet most underutilized, locations in Auburn, Alabama: what is becoming known as “Uptown” Auburn. This is the section of Auburn bound by N. College on the East, N. Donahue on the West, Bragg Avenue on the South and Drake Avenue on the North.
Since 2015, Parmer has developed and re-developed over 107 lots in Auburn, 89 of which are in “Uptown”. Developments have consisted of 533 Judd Cottages, Uptown-1 by PD, The Arbors on White, The Neloms- By PD, Tiger Braggs on Sanders, and Breckenridge Court. Current projects include Phase 2 Richland Road Mixed-Use and multiple Bragg mixed-use sites.
Parmer’s unique approach to real estate development has become synonymous with Auburn’s urban infill and rapid revitalization.

Guiding Verse
John 2:15-17 “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.”
